COMBAT SERVICE SUPPORT (CSS) EXECUTIVE MASTERCLASS

The inaugural Combat Service Support (CSS) Executive Masterclass conducted by the Army Logistics Training Institute (ALTI) is designed to empower CSS officers with a comprehensive toolkit for success.

 

Participants of the masterclass were equipped with knowledge in the domains of leadership, decision-making, systems thinking, change management, design thinking and supply chain management, allowing them to excel in areas of Leading People, Leading Business and Leading Change.

 

Graduates of the masterclass can continue to pursue the Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certification through The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Singapore.


The programme included a visit to Singapore Aero Engine Services Pte Ltd (SAESL) to understand the industry’s innovations in aerospace engineering and maintenance as part of Module 3 (Leading Business). 


Senior SAF Officers participated in the inaugural CSS Executive Masterclass.
