And now as we emerge from the pandemic, we are seeing rapid volume and capacity ramp-up at Changi Airport and the container ports of Singapore, as well as cross-border trucking traffic connecting our ASEAN neighbours.
Many users accessing the port, airport, industrial/logistics parks and land borders are facing growing challenges with fleet rotations and deployment efficiency, on the back of limited manpower and equipment/vehicle availability.
The bottlenecks and chokepoints are not only affecting immediate stakeholders and users, but also impacting road-users in the adjacent areas and across the island.

Jaisey is the Vice President, Cargo Business Division with Changi Airport Group. In her current role, Jaisey is responsible for planning, strategy formulation and business development of the airport's air cargo business.
Jaisey manages a team to anchor air cargo connectivity, as well as to develop standards and handling capabilities of key cargo verticals including but not restricted to pharmaceuticals, perishables, and e-commerce.
In securing Changi's air cargo future, Jaisey is involved in the Changi East Industrial Zone (CEIZ) project and in the shaping and futureproofing of Changi's future air cargo hub.

Kian Chin is the Chairman of STA and has been part of the STA council since 2014.
He is also Managing Director of Allied Container Group, which has grown to become one of Singapore's largest container yard operator and container haulage.
With almost 40 years of local and international (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar and UAE) experience in container yard, transport and logistics business, Kian Chin is dedicated to contribute immensely to the transport industry through his involvement in STA, WSH and various government agencies.

Eddie is with Sanbo Intelligent Technology, which provides supply chain solutions in the field of digitisation and digitalisation. He also serves as a Director on the Board of CILT Singapore.

Prior to his current appointment, Eddie was the Managing Director of Agility International Logistics, Regional Director of Air Freight, Asia Pacific for Eagle Global Logistics (EGL) Asia Pacific, now know as CEVA, and Regional Logistics Manager for Celestica Asia.
