Dr Li Dong is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Director of the MSc Supply Chain Engineering program at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Before joining NTU, he served as a Professor at Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University, and a Senior Scientist at A*STAR.
Dr Li’s research focuses on smart decisions for supply chain planning, resilience, and sustainability powered by analytics and AI. Actively collaborating with industry, he has led many projects funded by both academic institutions and corporations. His research has been published in top-tier journals, including Management Science, Production and Operations Management, etc., and has garnered significant real-world impact and media recognition.

Ng Siang Tian is a highly accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in management and operations, demonstrating expertise in supply chain and logistics. He served as Head of Logistics at Country Foods Pte Ltd (SATS), where he held a strategic leadership role. In this capacity, Siang Tian is responsible for the complete supply chain process, overseeing inbound and outbound fulfilment, managing outsourced warehouses, and ensuring quality and cost control. He also led the CF logistics team, managed third-party logistics contracts, and handled the fulfilment fleet.
Siang Tian held a dual position of Director of Operations (Strategic Partnership & Planning, Transport) and Director for Business Development previously and in these roles, he operationalized a Supply Chain Operations Centre manages food stockpiles, contributing to the national resilience food program.

Over his distinguished career, he has held leadership positions in global logistics firms such as Agility, EGL (CEVA Logistics), and BAX Global (Schenker), managing large-scale operations, driving profitability, and leading transformational initiatives.
Currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director of RCS Logistics Singapore, Eddie spearheads restructuring and digital transformation efforts. His expertise spans air and ocean freight, contract logistics, and cross-border transportation.
