Yei Ling is an Incident Manager with OSRL and has managed numerous oil spill emergency responses. She is an experienced logistician and holds a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Studies and MSc in Logistics.

 

Yei Ling currently leads the Logistics Team, managing both emergency and peace time logistics. She has also authored conference papers and presented at International Oil Spill Conferences and Technical Forums in the Asia Pacific region and globally.

Parthi's leadership in planning ensured timely, coordinated efforts to mitigate environmental damage while safeguarding people and resources.  His hands-on approach, combined with strategic oversight, contributed to successful oil spill response operations and exercises across multiple regions, reinforcing Chevron’s commitment to safety and environmental protection.

Karmjit was the Chief Executive of SATS Airport Services from 1998 to 2004.  He was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of SATS in 2004, where he held the position till his retirement in 2009.  

 

Karmjit has been the Chairman of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Singapore since 1992.  Karmjit was an Independent Director at Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation from 2010 to 2021.  He was formerly Chairman of SingPost Advisory Council on E-Commerce and E-Fulfilment, and served on the Boards of the Public Transport Council and The Logistics Institute – Asia Pacific.
