Cost management is the process by which companies control and plan the costs of doing business. Individual projects should have their customized cost management plans, and companies, as a whole should also integrate cost management into their overall business model. Cost management and workplace improvement will translate into reduced costs of production for products and services, as well as increased value delivered to the customer.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

·         Learn to identify waste that are costing the company time, money, opportunities and customers

 

·        Identify gaps. problems and opportunities in the business process by eliminating waste

·     Understand the cost structure of business

·     Understand and apply cost management techniques through hands-on exercises
