Lean Six Sigma is a business improvement methodology that enhances speed in business processes to strive towards achieving organizational excellence. The Lean Six Sigma framework will allow streamlining in many business processes through eliminating waste/non-value added work under the Supply Chain activities, as well as effective and efficient time and resource management.
